I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that is hiking local trails with my dogs or simply slowing down and taking in the natural beauty around me. As a mom and animal lover, I find a lot of joy in being with my family, close friends, and the everyday moments that help me feel grounded and connected.
I am naturally drawn to growth and understanding people on a deeper level. Reading, reflection, and continued learning have always been an important part of my life. My own experiences, including time spent in demanding and high pressure environments, have shaped how I connect with others. They have given me a deep respect for how much people can carry, and how important it is to have a space where you can slow down, be yourself, and feel genuinely understood.
