Where to begin

Many of the people I work with are used to pushing through. They are in high stress roles, showing up every day, handling pressure, and carrying more than most people realize. At some point, things can start to feel different. It becomes harder to switch off, harder to feel grounded, and harder to keep everything contained the way you used to.


Taking that first step to reach out can feel unfamiliar, especially when you are used to being the one others depend on. I understand what it is like to work in a high stress environment, and that awareness shapes how I support the people I work with. This becomes a space where you do not have to hold it all together, where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what you have been carrying.

More than my work

I am someone who loves spending time outdoors, whether it is hiking local trails with my dogs or simply slowing down and taking in the natural beauty around me. As a mom and animal lover, I find a lot of joy in being with my family, close friends, and the everyday moments that help me feel grounded and connected.


I am naturally drawn to growth and understanding people on a deeper level. Reading has always been a big part of that for me, along with taking time to reflect and continue learning. My own life experiences, including time spent in demanding and high pressure environments, have shaped who I am and the way I connect with others. They have given me a real appreciation for how much people can carry, and how important it is to have a space where you can slow down, be yourself, and feel understood.
