High functioning but exhausted? You are holding it together, but it is getting harder. You are successful, responsible, and the one others rely on, yet stress, burnout, or past experiences are starting to catch up. I offer therapy for adults in high stress roles who are dealing with burnout and chronic stress, trauma and PTSD, anxiety that will not switch off, and emotional overwhelm or disconnection. Some people come in when things feel overwhelming, and others choose to reach out earlier, when things are still manageable, to stay ahead of stress and prevent burnout before it builds.
Taking that first step can feel unfamiliar, especially when you are used to being the one others depend on. You may be used to pushing through and holding everything together, even when it is costing you. Here, you do not have to do that. This is a space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what you have been carrying. Book your free 20-minute consultation today.
I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether that is hiking local trails with my dogs or simply slowing down and taking in the natural beauty around me. As a mom and animal lover, I find a lot of joy in being with my family and in the everyday moments that help me feel grounded and connected.
I am naturally drawn to growth and to understanding people on a deeper level. Reading, reflection, and continued learning have always been an important part of my life. My own experiences, including time spent in demanding and high pressure environments, have shaped how I connect with others. They have given me a deep respect for how much people can carry, and for how important it is to have a space where you can slow down, be yourself, and feel genuinely understood.

Counselling and psychotherapy can help you understand what is happening beneath ongoing stress and find a healthier way forward. It is not only for when things feel overwhelming. Many people use therapy to stay ahead of stress, build resilience, and prevent burnout before it begins affecting their quality of life.
Stress can show up as anxiety, frustration, guilt, anger, emotional exhaustion, or feeling like you can never fully switch off. It is often connected to deeper patterns like carrying responsibility for everyone else, putting your own needs last, or feeling like you always have to keep it together.
Together, we explore these patterns with care and curiosity. You may develop practical ways to manage stress, navigate change, and feel more grounded in your day to day life. Therapy is not about becoming someone different, it is about understanding yourself better so you can keep showing up for your work, your relationships, and yourself.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed or simply want to stay ahead of stress, support is here when you are ready. Book a free 20-minute consultation today.
