Where to begin

Everyone faces challenging times in life and deserves the right support. Beginning therapy and not knowing what to expect can feel overwhelming. While the journey may be both challenging and encouraging, it starts with the choice to talk. Talk with Jen, someone who will listen and support you fairly.

More than my work

I am an outdoor enthusiast, mother, dog person, and animal lover. My spare time is spent with family and friends, walking my dogs, and exploring nature. As a firm believer in continued personal growth, I satisfy a thirst for knowledge by reading often. My lived experience helps me support others to live more fulfilling lives.

Nature thought

Are you overdoing something? Too much work, overthinking, or engaging in poor habits (shopping, drugs, alcohol, gambling, and more) may lead to self-criticism, negative self-talk, or perfectionism.

Do you have relationship issues? Overwhelming feelings of anger, fear, sadness, anxiety, or low mood may involve co-dependence, manipulation, or gossip.

Through counselling and psychotherapy, discover how your mind works and why. Did you know that habits and behaviours are fuelled by thoughts, which are based on beliefs?

Question your story, and in the process, bring to light the best version of yourself. Learn to be content, feel safe, and in control.

Step into learning and growth to handle life's problems, apply new skills, and expand your comfort zone. Set achievable goals and conquer objectives as you learn your true purpose.

Let go of fear, anger, jealousy, envy, and others opinions. Stop the excuses and embrace courage, determination, and self-compassion.

Just as thoughts led to this point, thoughts may also pave the pathway to healing. There is power in knowing that you are not your thoughts, but it is not easy, a helping hand in a just way may be the key for you.

Experience the freedom that comes from true release and letting go, as you are supported in every way possible, through various methods to mental health and wellness.
